How long does the tour take?
Although there are individual differences, it is expected to take approximately one hour.
Can I take pictures?
Yes. However, please refrain from taking videos.
Are there toilets in the earthquake remains?
There is a restroom in the administration building.
Are there any facilities for use by people with physical disabilities?
Equipped with 2 dedicated parking lots, multi-purpose toilets, elevators, and outdoor slopes are placed. Wheelchairs are also for rent (1 unit).
Can I eat and drink inside the building?
Please refrain from eating or drinking on the premises, except for rehydration. Please take your trash home.
Can I smoke inside the facility?
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility and on the premises.
Can pets enter the museum?
Please refrain from bringing pets.
However, guide dogs and service dogs are allowed for people with physical disabilities.
